Fees and dues

The market master may levy prescribed fees in respect of the disposal of refuse or any other service rendered to any stallholder or other person arising out of the use of the market.
Amounts paid to the market master in respect of the allocation of stalls and the amounts retained by the market master in respect of the proceeds of the sale of goods by auction shall be known as dues.
