Policy guidelines and procedures of Authority

The Authority may formulate policy guidelines and procedures that it considers necessary or expedient for the purpose of enabling it to carry out its functions under this Law.
Without prejudice to subsection (1), the guidelines and procedures may make provision for —
rules of procedure to be followed in the conduct of the meetings of the Board; and
the vetting of contracts, leases and other agreements which the Board may contemplate entering into.
