Board to appoint Chief Executive Officer

The Board shall appoint for such period and on such terms and conditions of employment as it thinks fit, a Chief Executive Officer of the Authority.
The Chief Executive Officer shall perform the duties and responsibilities specified in section 11 and shall render his services exclusively to the Authority as a full-time officer of the Authority.
