4. (1) There shall be a board of directors of the Authority, which, subject to this Law, shall be responsible for the governance and performance of the Authority and the general conduct of its affairs and business, having regard to the Public Management and Finance Law (2013 Revision).
The Board shall consist of seven directors appointed by the Governor in accordance with Schedule 1, which Schedule shall have effect with respect to the Board.
