Proceedings before courts

The laws of the Islands relating to and governing the exercise of summary jurisdiction in the courts shall apply to proceedings before such court under this Law in like manner as they apply to other proceedings and the power to make rules under such laws shall include power to make rules regulating the procedure of such courts under this Law.
