Application for licence

Any company, other than a company to which paragraph (a) of section 4(1) applies may apply to the Board for a licence to carry on business in the Islands.
An application for a licence shall be made to the Board in such form and in such manner as may be specified by the Board, and shall be accompanied by the prescribed fees for the processing of the application and for the licence, a copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company, or the bye-laws thereof, as the case may be, a statement setting out the nature of the business the company is carrying on and proposes to carry on and such other information as the Board may require.
