In this Law — "Bank" means the Caribbean Development Bank; "Government" means the Government of the Islands; "Governor" means the Governor in Council; "Member" means the Member of Executive Council responsible for Finance; and "statutory authority" means an authority established by statute exercising powers vested in it for a public purpose.
