Remedies for breach of a LLC agreement by manager

A LLC agreement may provide that —
a manager who fails to perform in accordance with, or to comply with the terms and conditions of, the LLC agreement shall be subject to specified consequences; and
at the time or upon the happening of events specified in the LLC agreement, a man ager shall be subject to specified consequences.
