63. (1) An attorney-at-law other than a Caymanian shall not practise Cayman Islands law in another jurisdiction otherwise than with a law firm or with an affiliate of a law firm.

An attorney-at-law who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of fifty thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of two years, or to both.
