The Council may, subject subsection (2), recognise a company, partnership or limited liability partnership as a recognised law entity if the Council —
is satisfied that the company, partnership or limited liability partnership complies with section 28(2)(b); and
subject to subsection (2), is otherwise satisfied that the company, partnership or limited liability partnership is a suitable body to practise Cayman Islands law.
The Council shall have regard to such matters as may be prescribed in determining whether to recognise a company, partnership or limited liability partnership as a recognised law entity.
