The Council shall publish —
during February in each year, an alphabetical list of attorneys-at-law who have at the previous 31st January obtained a practising certificate; and
thereafter, as soon as practicable, the name of any attorney-at-law who subsequently obtains a practising certificate during that year.
As soon as practicable after the Council becomes aware that a practising certificate has become void, the Council shall publish the name of the attorney-at-law who held the practising certificate and the fact that attorney-at-law's practising certificate has become void.
