To be admitted as an attorney-at-law, a person shall satisfy a judge that the person —
is not an undischarged bankrupt;
has not engaged in conduct that would constitute an act of professional misconduct under this Act; and
is not disbarred for professional misconduct from practising law in another jurisdiction.
