Attorneys-at-law may practise Cayman Islands law

Subject to compliance with this Act and regulations made under this Act, an attorney-at-law who holds a practising certificate may —
practise Cayman Islands law in the Islands; or
practise Cayman Islands law in another jurisdiction with an affiliate, subject also to compliance with the law of that jurisdiction.
