92. (1) An attorney-at-law may appeal to the Court of Appeal against an action taken by the Disciplinary Tribunal under section 84.
An appeal under subsection (1) shall be by way of a new hearing in respect of the conduct of the attorney-at-law that the Disciplinary Tribunal has determined constituted professional misconduct by the attorney-at-law.
A person aggrieved by a decision of the Council may, with leave of the Court of Appeal, appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision of the Council.
An appeal under this section shall be made within such time and in such form as may be prescribed by Rules of the Court of Appeal.
On hearing an appeal under this section, the Court of Appeal may confirm, reverse, or modify the action taken by the Council or Disciplinary Tribunal.
