Power to increase figures to maintain values

The Cabinet may by Order, whenever it appears to it to be necessary to do so by reason of changes in the value of money, amend the figure specified in section 23 and, upon the coming into effect of any such Order, the section shall be amended accordingly.
An Order under this section shall be subject to affirmative resolution.
