Whoever
after delivery of a summons issued under this Law, wilfully neglects or refuses to attend in pursuance of such summons, or to produce any document which he is required to produce;
wilfully neglects or refuses to answer upon oath or otherwise any question which may be lawfully put to him by any officer or member of the Tribunal at any time; or
without reasonable cause wilfully neglects or refuses to indicate his land or assist in the demarcation of his land when required to do so by a Demarcator,
is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine of two hundred dollars and to imprisonment for twelve months.
