Objection to adjudication record

Whoever, including the Governor, is aggrieved by any entry in or omission from any completed adjudication record may, at any time during the period declared under section 19, petition the Tribunal in respect of such entry or omission, and the petition shall be heard by the Tribunal and determined or redetermined in accordance with section 4 (1).
