If the Adjudicator, Demarcator or Records Officer is satisfied that any person who has not made a claim has a claim to any interest in land within the adjudication section, the Adjudicator, Demarcator or Records Officer may, but shall not be bound to, proceed as if a claim had been made, and may require the proper officer to furnish certified copies of any documents of title relevant thereto which may be recorded under the Public Recorder Law (1995 Revision) or registered under the Registration (Land) Law (1996 Revision).
If the Adjudicator, Demarcator or Records Officer is satisfied that a claim might be established by a person under disability and no person has been appointed to represent such person, he shall appoint a guardian in that behalf and shall proceed as if a claim had been made.
