Compensation for damage

5. (1) So soon as conveniently may be after any entry has been made under section 4, the Governor shall pay for all damages done as a result of such entry.
Where there is a dispute as to the amount so to be paid for any such damage, the Governor shall refer such dispute for the decision of the Court. Land Acquisition Law (1995 Revision) Section 6 c Revised as at 8th day of August, 1995 Page 7
