Determination of disputes-retirement/resignation allowances

Should any question arise as to the date of hiring or as to whether or in what amount the retirement/resignation allowance is due to an employee, then the employee, the employer, or their respective representatives, may seek a resolution of the question by filing a complaint as to retirement/resignation allowance in writing with the Director.
Should the question involve a group of employees under similar circumstances they may file a joint complaint.
Should there be filed at or about the same time a number of complaints raising the same or substantially similar issues, the Director may direct that they be consolidated into a single proceeding.
