Provision of information to an approved authority

Where another approved authority notifies the Centre that a participant who has been provided with a new identity or has been relocated, is under investigation for, or has been arrested or charged with an offence, the maximum penalty for which is or includes imprisonment for a period of more than one year, the Centre may —
provide the appropriate approved authority with —
the participant's new identity;
the participant's criminal record and fingerprints; and
such other information relating to the Programme as the Centre considers appropriate in the circumstances; and
cause the participant to appear before the appropriate authority.
