Establishment of Justice Protection Programme

The Attorney General shall establish a programme to be known as the Justice Protection Programme, for the purpose of providing to participants, subject to this Law, protection or assistance or both.
For the purposes of administering the Programme, the following units are established —
in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, a Justice Protection Administrative Centre; and
in the Police Service, a Justice Protection Investigative and Protective Agency.
