The Cabinet may make regulations for carrying this Act into effect.
In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may —
further prohibit, restrict or impose conditions upon the advertisement of intoxicating liquor; and
prescribe offences against regulations made under this section.
