When any Law is referred to, it shall be sufficient for all purposes to cite such Law either by the short title (if any) by which it is made citable, or by the year in which it was made and its number among the Laws of that year, or in the case of a revised edition of the Laws issued under any Law providing for the issue of a revised edition, by its short title or its chapter number; and the reference may in all cases be made according to the copies of Laws printed in England or by any person authorised to print copies by the Governor.
