Conflict of laws

Where there is any inconsistency between this Act and any other Law, this Act shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, subject to subsection (2).
Where there is any inconsistency between this Act and the Public Authorities Act (2020 Revision), the Public Authorities Act (2020 Revision) shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
