Obstruction of persons acting in execution of Law

102. (1) A person who resists arrest or otherwise wilfully obstructs or impedes any immigration officer, constable or other person acting in the execution of his duty under this Law commits an offence. Section 103 Immigration Law Page 104 Revised as at 2nd day of July, 2015 c
A person who acts in contravention of this section, or is reasonably suspected of having so acted or being about so to act, may be taken into custody without warrant by an immigration officer or constable.
