No personal liability except for bad faith

No civil or criminal action, suit or other proceedings for breach of confidentiality may be brought nor any professional sanction for such breach may be taken against a person who, in good faith, under this Act or any other enactment, provides or transmits to the Registrar information requested by the Registrar or submits a report to the Registrar.
No suit or other proceedings may be brought or instituted personally against the Registrar or any officer employed in the office of the Registrar in respect of any act done or omission made in performing the duties under this Act unless it is shown that the act or omission was negligent or in bad faith.
