Offences relating to personation

A person shall not —
personate a person, role or function authorized under this Act; or
exercise or attempt to exercise authority under this Act where the person has not been so authorized.
A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of ten thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of two years, or to both.
