Responsibility of public authority to cooperate with the Registrar

Every public authority shall provide the Registrar with all such information as the Registrar may require for the purpose of carrying out the Registrar's duties under this Act.
A public authority shall provide to the Registrar such assistance as may be necessary to ensure the proper discharge of the duties of the Registrar.
The Registrar shall require a public authority to provide the Registrar with information relating to a registered person, where the Registrar considers that the public authority may have information in its possession which could be used for verifying —
information already recorded in the register about that person;
information provided to the Registrar by the person, including information submitted as part of an application for a Cayman Islands Identification Card; or
information otherwise unavailable to the Registrar to be included in the person's entry in the register,
where the information referred to in paragraphs (a) to (c) is required by this Act or any other enactment.
