10. (1) Subject to subsection (3), a document that purports to be a consent given in accordance with section 6 and which is supported by a certificate given in accordance with section 9 is sufficient authority for a registered medical practitioner, other than the registered medical practitioner who gave the certificate, to remove the regenerative tissue specified in the consent for the purpose or use, as the case may be, specified in the consent.
Subject to subsection (3), a document that purports to be a consent given in accordance with section 7 and which is supported by a certificate given in accordance with section 9 is sufficient authority for a registered medical practitioner, other than the registered medical practitioner who gave the certificate, to remove, at any time after the expiration of twenty-four hours from the time specified in the consent to be the time at which the consent was given, the non-regenerative tissue specified in the consent for the purpose of the transplantation of the tissue to the body of another living person under section 7.
A document that purports to be a consent given in accordance with section 6 or 7 is not sufficient authority for a registered medical practitioner to remove tissue if —
the practitioner has been informed that the consent has been revoked; or
