The Cabinet shall appoint a person to serve as Superintendent of Health Insurance who shall be the chief executive officer of the Commission.
The Cabinet shall appoint such other officers of the Commission as the Cabinet considers necessary for the due performance of the functions of the Commission and such officers of the Commission shall be under the supervision of the Superintendent of Health Insurance.
