Establishment of sinking fund

If, by directions under section 6 (1), the Financial Secretary has specified that there shall be a sinking fund for the purpose of redeeming an issue of securities made under this Law, the Financial Secretary shall establish a sinking fund for that purpose with effect from the date specified under such directions as the date from which contributions to the sinking fund for that issue of securities shall commence.
