Register of securities

The Registrar shall keep a register of each issue of registered securities under this Law in which all such securities and all transfers of and all dealings in such securities shall be registered and in which shall be entered all matters and things which by the Law or by the terms of the securities are required to be entered in the register.
The register shall be kept in such form as the Registrar considers appropriate.
