The Cabinet may, subject to an affirmative resolution of the Cayman Islands Parliament, make regulations —

generally for giving effect to the provisions and purposes of this Act;

prescribing the period of time for the doing of any act under this Act; and

for anything that is required or permitted to be prescribed under this Act.
