Upon expiry of the forty-five calendar day period for an application for judicial review referred to in section 47, the Ombudsman may certify in writing to the court any failure to comply with a decision made under section 43 or 44, or an order under section 45, and the court may consider such failure under the rules relating to contempt of court.
