The appropriate authority for the grant, amendment or revocation of any Gunsmith’s Licence shall be the Cabinet.
The appropriate authority for the grant, amendment or revocation of approval in a matter relating to a bullet-proof vest shall be the Commissioner.
The appropriate authority in Grand Cayman for the grant, amendment or revocation of any Firearm Import Permit, Firearm Export Permit, Firearm Disposal Permit, Firearm User’s (Restricted) Licence or Firearm User’s (Special) Permit shall be the Commissioner and the appropriate authority in Cayman Brac and Little Cayman shall be the District Commissioner.
