The Board and the Department shall be assisted by such trade officers as are necessary for the purposes of enforcing this Law.
Subject to subsection (3), trade officers shall have all the rights, powers, privileges and immunities of a constable when discharging their duties under this Law.
A trade officer shall have the authority and power to carry out such instructions as may be given by the Board and the Department in relation to this Law and may enforce, on behalf of the Board or Department, any powers granted by this Law or any of its regulations.
