Listing of commercially bred specimens and hybrids

For the purposes of this Act, —
specimens of animal species listed in Column I of Part 1 of the Schedule that have been bred in captivity for commercial purposes shall be deemed to be specimens of species listed in Column II of Part 1 of the Schedule;
specimens of plant species listed in Column I of Part 1 of the Schedule that have been artificially propagated for commercial purposes shall be deemed to be specimens of species listed in Column II of Part 1 of the Schedule;
a hybrid of a species listed in Column I of Part 1 of the Schedule and any other species shall be deemed to be a specimen of a species listed in Column I Part I; and
a hybrid of a species listed in Column II of Part 1 of the Schedule and a species other than one listed in Column I of Part 1 shall be deemed to be a specimen of a species in Column II of Part 1.
