Every employer shall provide for the benefit of each of his employees protection from on-the-job accidents, injuries, and work-related illnesses or diseases, in the form of a workers' compensation insurance policy covering all employees or in the alternative the employer may become bonded against the possibility of employee injuries or accidents in an amount determined by the Director.
