Computation of severance pay

Severance pay shall consist of one weeks' wages for each completed twelve-month period of employment with that employer, the relevant weekly wages being the highest basic wage that the employee earned in the preceding twelve months prior to termination.
Severance pay for a part-time employee shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
