Appointment of e-Business Advisory Board

The Governor shall appoint a Board, to be known as the e-Business Advisory Board.
The Board shall advise the Governor and the Minister —
on the discharge of their functions under this Law;
on any matter connected with the functions referred to in paragraph (a);
on any matter connected with the administration of this Law; and
on any matter referred to it by the Governor or the Minister that is connected or relates to the matters dealt with by this Law.
The members of the Board shall hold office at the pleasure of the Governor.
The Board shall consist of not less than seven nor more than ten persons appearing to the Governor to be knowledgeable about electronic business.
The Board shall, at their first meeting, and at the first meeting in every calendar year thereafter, appoint one of their number to be the chairman of the Board until the date of the first meeting of the Board in the following calendar year.
The Board shall determine its own procedure.
