Application for registration

An application for registration by an eligible political party shall be made in Form 14 to the Supervisor by the leader or chairperson of the political party.
An application for registration shall be signed by the applicant, shall set out the name of the political party and the name of the person applying for the registration of the political party for the purposes of this Act, and shall be accompanied by such other information as required pursuant to Form 14.
