Consequence of refusal to license a corporate director

Where the Authority refuses to grant a licence to an applicant under this Part, the applicant shall not serve as a corporate director for any covered entity.
Notwithstanding subsection (1), if there is a material change in the circumstances relevant to an application, a corporate director who is refused a licence by the Authority may re-apply for a licence.
