Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the law applicable to the Islands, the law and custom relating to the privileges and immunities as to the person, property or servants of sovereigns, diplomatic agents, or representatives of foreign powers for the time being in force in England are, insofar as they are applicable, fully effective, mutatis mutandis, in the Islands.
