As soon as possible after the end of any financial year, and in any event not later than seven months after the end of that year, the Bank shall prepare and submit to the Minister a report, in a form which he has approved, of what has been done in the discharge of the Bank’s functions in that year.
The Minister shall, as soon as is practicable, lay before the Legislative Assembly copies of the report for any financial year made under subsection (1) together with copies of the statement of accounts and of the auditor’s certificate for that year.
