Certificate of good standing

The Registrar may, where a request is made by a registered agent, issue a certificate of good standing, in the form determined by the Registrar, to evidence that a design right is still active on the Register and that all applicable annual fees and penalties have been paid.
A request under this section shall be accompanied by the fee specified in the Schedule.
