A person who is appointed or purported to be appointed to any position in the Regiment by the Governor prior to the date of the commencement of this Law shall be deemed on that date to have been appointed by the Governor in accordance with this Law.
All other acts done or purported to be done by the Governor and the Regiment in furtherance of the establishment and operation of the Regiment prior to the date of the commencement of this Law shall be deemed on that date to have been done by the Governor and the Regiment in accordance with this Law.
