Personal data are exempt from the non-disclosure provisions if the disclosure is required by or under any enactment, by any law or by the order of a court.
Personal data are exempt from the non-disclosure provisions if their disclosure is necessary —
for the purpose of, in connection with, or in contemplation of, any quasi-judicial or legal proceedings;
for the purpose of obtaining legal advice; or
otherwise for the purposes of establishing, exercising or defending a legal right.
