49. Cabinet may make Regulations generally for administering this Law by prescribing anything required or permitted by this Law to be prescribed, or is necessary or convenient to be prescribed in order to give effect to the objects of this Law and, in particular, may prescribe —
the additions, deletions, exceptions and conditions referred to in section 33(3);
the form of police clearance reports;
the procedure relating to applications for the expungement of criminal records;
the persons to whom disclosures can be made under section 33(2)(b);
the forms to be used for applications made under this Law;
the rules respecting the making of notations in respect of records of conviction, and the verification of such records, for the purposes of section 36(3);
the rules respecting the consent given by applicants to the searching of records and the disclosure of information contained in them, including the information to be given to applicants before obtaining their consent and the manner in which consent shall be given, for the purposes of sections 39(1) and (2);
rules governing the disclosure of decisions under section 43; and
what the exceptional circumstances that apply for the purposes of any
