Power to extend time

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the Court may, at any time, upon application made in such manner as may be prescribed by the rules of court, extend the time within which —
notice of appeal may be given or served;
security for the costs of an appeal may be given;
a memorandum of the grounds of an appeal may be filed or served; or
security for the due prosecution of an appeal may be given.
